- Establish and promote a favorable relationship with the public, and the local government and other entities.
- Increase HALCA membership overall; maximize value of NLA membership.
- Cultivate and secure sponsor relationships; ensure highest value return to sponsors and NLA.
- Stimulate full use of available technology and social media to recruit, retain and inform NLA members.
- Recruit volunteers, and coordinate their efforts to help the association with different issue as needed.
